- Try a sample check without logging in. Walk through a worked client check on the site before you create an account. The sample uses the same result screens you see in the app. 7 September 2026

Security
- Further account protection. Sensitive account actions now ask for an extra confirmation code, and several other protections were tightened. 25 September 2026
Client due diligence
- Company checks and the send-link flow. Company checks now include screening, and the send-link preview covers individual and company checks. If your firm phone number is missing, you can add it on the spot and send again. 16 September 2026
- Suspicious activity reports and PEP results. You can raise a suspicious activity report from any completed check. The full list of politically exposed person matches now shows in the result, and replies from clients appear on the check. 15 September 2026
- A real PDF audit pack. The audit pack now downloads as a PDF. The client letter no longer makes a promise it could not keep, and the pack prints the firm's register details. 13 September 2026
Billing
- Cancellation terms shown before you subscribe. The cancellation clause from the terms is now quoted before you subscribe. The annual terms line and a link for your COLP are on the billing page. 15 September 2026
Sign-up
- Clearer sign-up and firm claim. Your firm name is required at sign-up, the register search is hidden when you arrive from an invitation, and the steps to confirm your firm are easier to follow. Client messages now say the step takes a few minutes. 12 September 2026
Accessibility
- Easier to read across the app. Grey text and small labels were darkened throughout the app so they are easier to read, including on tablets and phones. 3 September 2026

Client due diligence
- MLRO escalation no longer leaves anyone locked out. A designated MLRO who had not yet accepted could be blocked from the escalation route. The route now works as intended, and the wording on the client page only states what the record supports. 16 September 2026

- Driving licence cross-check shown on web checks. When a client's driving licence is checked against their identity document, the comparison now appears on the result. 16 August 2026
- Sample check uses the real result panels. The sample walkthrough now shows the same panels you see on a live check. 16 August 2026
Sign-up
- Better on mobile. Inputs are easier to tap and type in on a phone, layouts that broke on small screens are fixed, and sign-up is simpler. 16 August 2026
Website
- Your firm's name reads properly. Your firm's name now appears in a tidy form in the sidebar, the home title and the browser tab. 16 August 2026

- Fewer wrong SRA number results. We corrected cases where an SRA number on a firm's site was wrongly reported as unverified. 5 August 2026

- My firm page with your SRA record. Look up and link your SRA number, see your regulation details and fill Companies House details from it. The Team page no longer shows individual SRA record cards. 10 July 2026
Integrations
- Webhooks, Zapier, API keys and Clio. Connect outbound webhooks or Zapier, create API keys and connect Clio. A Clio contact can be picked to fill in a check. 14 July 2026
Client due diligence
- A client file for every client. One list of clients, a card for each check, and a client file with notes, document uploads and one-click re-checks. Pending checks only suggest the client is having trouble when they really are stuck. 10 July 2026
- Check results, SAR register and MLRO role. Each check has a result page with the answer first and the evidence behind it. You can name an MLRO and keep a register of suspicious activity reports. Beneficial owner checks show who owns what and the match for each owner. 3 July 2026
- The FirmGuard app for law firms. Sign up, add clients and send identity and address checks. A counter shows how many checks you have used. 2 July 2026

- One simple plan. Billing shows a single 99 pound plan with VAT added shown at the price. A trial card sits at the bottom of the navigation. 9 July 2026

- Address proof and SMS delivery. Clients who could not complete an address proof now have a way through. Failed text messages are no longer missed, and international mobile numbers are supported when you send a link. 8 July 2026

- Clearer website check reports. Reports now check for the SRA badge and your SRA number on the page and are worded as reviewed. Broken compliance links and your website platform are shown, and the report layout is easier to read. 22 June 2026
